Role overview
Own ARIS as the product and business owner for a process repository platform.
Lead ARIS administration, governance, integrations, service delivery, and operational resilience.
Serve as an ARIS subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Core responsibilities
- Administer ARIS configuration, users, roles, access controls, licensing, upgrades, patching coordination, and releases.
- Define modeling conventions, meta-model governance, naming standards, version control, and repository structure.
- Manage integrations and data flows with reporting, workflow, document repository, and CMDB or service tools.
- Oversee audit trails, evidence capture, retention, and controls aligned with internal policy and regulatory expectations.
- Provide ARIS incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, permanent fixes, and upgrade support.
- Lead the run-the-business pod across stability, incident, problem, change, service requests, and continuous improvement.
- Own service-level objectives, agreements, operational metrics, agile and lean ceremonies, and resilience practices.
- Facilitate executive workshops, define dashboard requirements, coach pod members, and build runbooks and cross-skilling.
