Selling Excellence Manager

You will lead selling excellence activities to strengthen our sales capabilities for Respiratory business based out of Mumbai. You will work closely with commercial leaders, learning experts, and field teams to design and deliver learning programs, digital tools, and coaching that improve customer interactions and business outcomes. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Design and deliver sales capability programs for field teams, combining classroom, virtual, and on-the-job coaching. - Partner with brand and commercial leaders to translate business priorities into practical learning and tools. - Build and roll out digital resources and self-led learning to support continuous skill development. - Coach managers to embed selling behaviours in daily routines and measure coaching quality. - Define and track metrics to evaluate program impact and recommend improvements. - Support change adoption by working across teams to ensure consistent ways of working and readiness for new initiatives. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, education, or a related field. - Relevant experience in sales training, capability development, or commercial coaching. - Experience working with sales teams in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries. - Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills. - Comfortable using digital learning platforms and basic data tools to track impact. - Willingness to travel regularly and engage with field teams across India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Advanced degree in a relevant discipline or professional certification in learning and development.
