Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for key customer segments and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business teams to understand product features, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Develop customer personas and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to different customer segments.
  • Ensure consistent product messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear customer benefits.
  • Plan and execute end to end go to market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and product adoption.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with creative and content agencies to develop digital campaigns, landing pages, marketing collateral, and promotional assets.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, review creative deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, Business, Design, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Consumer Marketing.
  • Hands on experience in B2C marketing for consumer facing digital products, fintech, digital payments, banking, e commerce, telecom, or mobile applications is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading product launches and go to market (GTM) initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
