Responsibilities
- Install and maintain mixing stations, programmable controllers, pumps, plumbing systems, fragrance dispensers, fly catchers, and washroom equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, warranty work, and repairs on cleaning equipment
- Follow client standards and food safety/HACCP practices at all customer sites
- Log accurate service reports, parts usage, and customer visit records
- Meet SLAs using Service Schedule System
- Operate hand and power tools (drills, grinders, crimpers, riveters) safely
- Maintain company vehicles and service equipment
- Coordinate with Sales to meet client specifications
- Attend technical and manufacturer training as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Electrical/Mechanical trade license or relevant certification
- 3+ years of professional field service experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Physical fitness — able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs occasionally), work on ladders/roofs, and handle harsh chemicals
- Valid UAE driver's license

Key Responsibilities
