Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training for new and existing security personnel
- Deliver training in accordance with UAE security regulations and company standards
- Prepare employees for PSBD/PSFRD licensing requirements and examinations
- Conduct refresher training, inductions, and skill development programs
- Evaluate trainees through written and practical assessments
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports
- Identify training needs and recommend improvement plans
- Ensure all training activities comply with health, safety, and security standards
- Coordinate with HR and Operations regarding training schedules and employee performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Security Trainer or in a similar training role
- Strong knowledge of UAE security industry regulations and licensing requirements
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions
- Good computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
