This isn't just about oversight; it’s about managing a massive, 1,000-strong workforce with tactical precision and maintaining a gold-standard relationship with our government partners.
We need a leader who can balance large-scale manpower logistics with high-level client diplomacy.
Key Responsibilities**
- **Massive-scale command:** Manage daily operations of 1,000+ guards — deployment, discipline, and site-specific performance.
- **Operational excellence**: Oversee scheduling, guard welfare, and training standards for 24/7 mission-readiness.
- **Process optimization**: Drive real-time reporting and eliminate manual bottlenecks with streamlined workflows.
- **Government client liaison**: Serve as the dedicated strategic partner for government clients, attending high-level meetings.
- **Crisis management:** Final escalation point for operational emergencies — swift, effective, decisive.
What We'Re Looking For
- 8+ years of senior-level experience specifically in security guard operations.
- Proven direct experience managing 1,000+ personnel.
- Deep familiarity with UAE government protocols, compliance standards, and relationship management.
- Strong command presence — able to inspire large teams while enforcing strict SOPs.
- Comfortable with automated workforce management systems for attendance, performance, and compliance tracking.
