Job Purpose
The Security Supervisor supervises and manages the security guard team at the Labelle factory.
The role protects employees, visitors, and company assets while maintaining safety and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of all security guards.
- Ensure guards follow duty schedules, rotations, and factory security rules.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to prevent unauthorized access.
- Handle and report incidents including theft, fights, accidents, and emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the factory premises.
- Train and guide security guards on behavior, discipline, and emergency procedures.
- Prepare daily security reports and submit them to management.
- Coordinate with HR and management on staffing, discipline, and training needs.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in security, police studies, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Guard.
- Strong spoken, written, and reading skills in Arabic and English.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE security procedures and emergency protocols.
- Physical fitness and ability to work shifts.
