Role Overview
The Sales Representative supports customers in the store and provides customer service throughout the purchase and after-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers to understand and provide for their needs.
- Convey customer needs and inquiries to the branch manager.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Provide high-standard customer service.
- Explain after-sales service policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- A degree or other educational qualification is required.
- Strong customer orientation to serve consumers in stores is required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- One year of experience is required.
Compensation and Employment
- Pay is AED 2,000 per month, with commission.
- The position is full-time and contract-based.
