Location: Springer Tungsten Mine & Mill, Imlay, Nevada Department: Health, Safety & Security Reports To: Health & Safety Training Manager
Position Summary
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations at the Springer Tungsten Mine.
This role provides leadership and direction to the security team while ensuring the safety and security of employees, contractors, visitors, company assets, and facilities.
Working closely with the Health & Safety Training Manager and site leadership, the Security Supervisor coordinates site access, patrols, emergency response, incident reporting, and contractor security activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, schedule, and provide daily direction to the site security team.
- Ensure security coverage is maintained and operations run efficiently across all shifts.
