Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Security Supervisor to support resort security operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to Security Officers to cover critical areas.
- Observe team performance, provide feedback, and conduct on-the-job coaching.
- Monitor access control points, verify identification procedures, and ensure protocol compliance.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with appropriate escalation and documentation.
- Maintain accurate logs of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
- Assist the Duty Manager with security plans for events and VIP movements.
- Check emergency equipment readiness and report deficiencies promptly.
- Work with other departments to resolve security-related concerns.
- Assist with training new Security Officers on SOPs and emergency protocols.
- Promote a culture of safety and vigilance through briefings and awareness programs.
Candidate Qualifications
- Higher secondary education.
- Two to four years of experience in security operations, ideally with team coordination experience.
- Previous experience supervising or coordinating a team of Security Officers.
- Practical knowledge of access control, security patrols, incident response, and emergency procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
