Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and security personnel
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance systems
- Ensure all security procedures and company policies are strictly followed
- Manage access control, visitor management, and incident reporting processes
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, and prepare detailed reports
- Conduct daily briefings and provide guidance and training to security staff
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate action when required
- Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and attendance
- Liaise with management, clients, and local authorities when necessary
- Identify potential security risks and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure all security equipment is properly maintained and operational
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Security Supervisor role
- Valid SIRA Security Supervisor Certificate is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of security operations, access control, and CCTV systems
- Excellent communication and report writing skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
- Physically fit and capable of supervising security operations across multiple shifts
- Arabic language required
- UAE experience will be an advantage

Job Summary

- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, enforcing security procedures, supervising guards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE security regulations.
