Security Supervisor

Role Responsibilities

• Brief security officers on hotel security plans, incident response mechanisms, and escalation processes.
• Maintain daily staffing coverage, prepare rosters, arrange shifts and leave, and assign officer duties.
• Deliver security training and conduct daily shift briefings.
• Complete logs, investigate incidents, follow up on outstanding matters, and conduct shift handovers.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, visitor management, incident reporting, and remote monitoring systems.
• Patrol duty posts, conduct fire and safety inspections, and report hazards or irregularities.
• Respond to emergencies, manage the security response team, and contact fire, police, or emergency services.
• Handle lost and found inquiries, defuse hostile situations, respond to alarms, and document dispatch calls.
• Maintain security equipment, supplies, system backups, employee identification, and equipment checks.
• Support operations management with event setup and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• SIRA Supervisor license.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality security, police, or military service.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Knowledge of firefighting equipment and emergency handling and evacuation procedures.
• Knowledge of CCTV operation.
• First aid and CPR training.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
