About the Role
voco Dubai The Palm is seeking a Security Supervisor with SIRA certification and Arabic language skills to oversee security operations including CCTV, patrolling, and access control.

Responsibilities
- Conduct site reviews, write audit/review reports, and make recommendations to line management
- Monitor and evaluate unit performance on key security issues and programs
- Take charge of CCTV control, key controlling, daily patrolling, log booking, daily safety checklist, parking control, entrances control, staff searching, locker inspection
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures, control visitors and contractors
- Review and control hotel gate passes
- Build strong relations with regular authority and government representatives
- Establish/maintain robust customer relationships to ensure understanding of customer processes
- Serve as staff support to security management and assist in investigations of significant threats or loss/misappropriation of assets
- Perform incident analysis and investigation with advice and closure to functional management
Requirements
- 2 years related experience in same capacity
- Relevant Safety & Security work experiences
- SIRA Security Supervisor Certification
- Arabic speaking
- Hotel industry background is an advantage
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays

Your day to day
- Conduct site reviews, write audit/review reports, and make recommendations.

- Relevant Safety & Security work experiences.
- SIRA Security Supervisor Certification.
- Arabic speaking.
- Hotel industry background is an advantage.
