Role Overview
Oversee and manage security personnel and operations at a client location.
The role is for an experienced and responsible security supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards across assigned sites.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure staff conduct and alertness.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms and take appropriate action.
- Maintain incident reports, attendance records, and daily activity logs.
- Ensure all guards are present, well-groomed, and properly equipped.
Requirements
- Valid PSBD Supervisor License is mandatory.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of security supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
