About the Role

Responsibilities
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles
- Verify identification cards, visitor passes, and access permissions
- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, fire alarms, and medical situations
- Report suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards
- Maintain daily occurrence books, visitor logs, and incident reports
- Conduct regular inspections of doors, gates, windows, and restricted areas
- Provide customer service and assistance to residents, visitors, and staff
- Follow company security procedures and site instructions at all times
- 12 hour rotating shifts, including day, mid day, and night shifts
