Security Solution Sales Engineering Manager for Manufacturing & Mobility

Shape and execute cross-workload technical strategy for priority manufacturing and mobility security opportunities, orchestrating resources and capacity planning to maximize impact and deliver on subsidiary scorecard objectives. Guide the team in designing and proving complex, integrated security and cloud architectures, including demonstrations, architectural design sessions, pilots, and proofs of concept that address customer requirements and competitive pressures. Ensure consistency and quality of customer technical engagements by capturing, sharing, and driving adherence to standards, best practices, and repeatable patterns across the security solution area and partner ecosystem. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship. 8+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, cloud security, identity, threat protection, data protection, or related security domains, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience designing, deploying, or advising on security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, including security architecture, risk reduction, compliance, threat detection and response, Zero Trust, and industry security standards. 3+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing Security Sales Engineering or cybersecurity technical teams, including virtual or geographically distributed teams.
