Workplace

• The role is based at the resort in Lusail, Qatar and involves physical security duties across designated premises.

Security duties

• Patrol designated areas and secure doors, windows, gates, and other access points.
• Monitor and authorize the entry and departure of employees, visitors, and other personnel.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
• Operate surveillance cameras and other security equipment.
• Perform access control and screen personnel and vehicles.
• Escort or drive vehicles and provide personal protection when necessary.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and other security personnel when required.

Service and compliance

• Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Provide professional customer service to employees and visitors.
• Stay current with security protocols, industry best practices, and Qatar-specific regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid security guard license recognized in Qatar.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional security operations experience.
• Current and valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent physical fitness and stamina.
• Proficiency in surveillance and monitoring techniques.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols.
• Communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.
• Report writing and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Qatar security laws, regulations, protocols, and industry best practices.

Schedule and language requirements

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and make sound decisions under pressure.
