Role Overview

Security Operations

• Patrol designated areas and secure doors, windows, gates, and other access points.
• Monitor and authorize the entry and departure of employees, visitors, and other personnel.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
• Operate and monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment.
• Perform access control and screen personnel and vehicles as required.
• Escort or drive vehicles to transport individuals and provide personal protection when necessary.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and security personnel when circumstances require.

Standards and Service

• Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to employees and visitors.
• Stay current with security protocols, industry best practices, and Qatar-specific security regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to disturbances with sound judgment.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to security monitoring, reporting, and daily activity logs.
• Ability to operate surveillance cameras and other security equipment proficiently.
• Ability to follow company health, safety, environmental, and security procedures.
• Knowledge of security protocols, industry best practices, and Qatar-specific security regulations.
