Security & Infrastructure Operations Centre (SIOC) Engineer - Shift Lead

You'll:

Lead security investigations and major operational incidents.

Monitor and respond to alerts across SIEM, EDR and cloud platforms.

Provide 2nd and 3rd line support across Azure, AWS and enterprise infrastructure.

Troubleshoot complex cloud, networking and security issues.

Mentor and support SIOC Engineers.

Drive service improvements, automation and operational excellence.

Work closely with customers, internal teams and technology partners.

You'll have experience in a SOC, IOC, NOC or Managed Services environment, along with strong knowledge of:

Microsoft Azure and/or AWS

Windows Server and Microsoft Entra ID

Networking, firewalls and enterprise infrastructure

Security monitoring, SIEM and incident response

ITIL service management

You'll also be an excellent problem solver with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Intune, Infrastructure as Code or scripting (PowerShell, Python or KQL) would be advantageous.
