- Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas of the hypermarket.
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.
- Assist in loss prevention and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and safety concerns.
- Prepare daily security reports and incident records.
- Guide customers and visitors when required while maintaining a professional approach.
- Coordinate with management and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Security Guard, preferably in the retail or hypermarket sector.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and security procedures.
- Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: QAR 1,200 – 1,500 per month
