- Manage and oversee social media platforms and digital marketing activities
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns and promotional campaigns
- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketing initiatives
- Plan, monitor, and analyze marketing budgets and promotional funds
- Evaluate campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights
- Organize in store promotions, events, and seasonal marketing activities
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Support the development of creative content for online and offline marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 6 years of experience in retail marketing, digital marketing, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and campaign management
- Experience in marketing budget planning, fund allocation, and ROI analysis
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing tools.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Pay
- QAR 3,000 7,000 per month
