Maintain safety and security at company premises.
Monitor employees and visitors and protect company property.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor premises and control access.
- Check employees, visitors, and vehicles entering and leaving the premises.
- Prevent unauthorized access and conduct regular patrols.
- Monitor CCTV cameras when available.
- Report suspicious activity, incidents, and safety concerns to management.
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
- Respond to emergencies and contact relevant authorities when required.
- Ensure company rules and security procedures are followed.
- Perform other security-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Security Guard is preferred.
- A valid UAE Security Guard or SIRA license is preferred or required as applicable.
- Have good communication and observation skills.
- Be physically fit and able to work long shifts.
- Be responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Remain calm and professional during difficult situations.
- Have basic English communication skills.
- Previous experience in a transport, warehouse, or industrial environment is an advantage.
