Role Overview
The Manager Security Engineering role builds and leads a Sales Engineer team focused on promoting and selling Check Point solutions.
The role combines cybersecurity expertise, technical presales, leadership, revenue growth, and customer and partner relationship management.
Core Qualifications
- Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products is required.
- A proven track record in presales is required.
- Check Point product experience is preferred.
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate a team of IT security engineers.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to address them.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement technical strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and support new business opportunities.
