Role Overview
Lead the strategy and execution of infrastructure security across AWS, Kubernetes, container runtimes, and production systems.
Build and mentor a team while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure on secure-by-default systems.
Ensure least-privilege access and strong isolation boundaries are designed into Serval's platform.
What You'll Do
- Operate infrastructure security across cloud, Kubernetes, containers, networking, and CI/CD, including hardening and continuous posture management.
- Own IAM, secrets, key management, network segmentation, workload isolation, and multi-tenant production guardrails.
- Secure container and orchestration systems through supply-chain controls, admission controls, runtime sandboxing, and Kubernetes hardening.
- Lead cloud security, platform security, and infrastructure vulnerability management teams.
- Identify, prioritize, and remediate exposure across cloud configuration, dependencies, base images, and the software supply chain.
- Embed secure defaults, paved roads, and policy as code into the platform.
- Build infrastructure resilient against sophisticated adversaries and apply Serval agents to security engineering problems.
