Role Overview
The role builds and scales security for the workforce, devices, SaaS systems, identity, and corporate network.
The position combines hands-on technical leadership with team building and close partnership across IT, Engineering, D&R, and Infrastructure Security.
What You Will Do
- Own endpoint security, hardened configurations, endpoint protection, disk encryption, patching, compliance, and centralized device management.
- Operate device trust so only healthy, managed, and attested devices can access corporate and production resources.
- Implement binary authorization and application controls to prevent unauthorized software execution.
- Build SaaS security posture management for configuration security, drift monitoring, and third-party application governance.
- Own workforce identity, SSO, phishing-resistant MFA, lifecycle automation, and least-privilege access.
- Lead certificate-based network access control, including 802.1x, and partner on zero-trust network policies and ACLs.
- Build and mentor teams across endpoint security, corporate and SaaS security, and identity.
- Partner across the company to make secure defaults easier and automate corporate-security workflows.
What You Will Need
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with deep corporate, endpoint, and workforce identity expertise.
- Hands-on Mac-native fleet security, MDM, configuration management, hardening, and macOS endpoint protection experience.
- Experience with device trust, binary authorization or allowlisting, and SaaS security posture management programs.
- Strong workforce identity expertise covering SSO, phishing-resistant MFA, lifecycle automation, and OAuth governance.
- Experience with 802.1x network access control, zero-trust or mesh policies, and ACLs.
- Experience leading endpoint, corporate or SaaS security, and identity teams.
- Strong scripting, tooling, engineering, and security automation instincts.
- Demonstrated leadership, integrity, continuous improvement, and mission orientation.
