Role Overview
The Security Concierge assists residents by providing information and services and supports the safety of clients, residents, buildings, and property.
The role requires self-motivation, an outgoing approach, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
Location and Schedule
- The site is an on-site residential community in Toronto, Ontario.
- The stated schedule is Monday to Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with additional evenings, holidays, and some weekends possible.
Compensation and Employment
- Compensation is $18.05 per hour.
- The position is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Answer resident questions, provide directions, screen messages, and schedule access for authorized vendors.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow safety and access control procedures.
- Inspect common areas, access doors, and building conditions for hazards or deficiencies.
- Enforce client rules and applicable laws and assist police and medical staff when required.
- Patrol the building, parking areas, and perimeter and respond to emergencies and fire alarms.
