Role Overview
The Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst executes compliance, customer assurance, risk management, and audit-support activities.
The role maintains the internal risk register and Drata platform by updating control evidence, tracking remediation, maintaining audit records, and preparing audit documentation.
The analyst supports prospective and existing customer engagements with security and compliance RFIs, questionnaires, and risk assessments.
The analyst participates in customer calls and uses Behavox AI tooling to accelerate approved compliance workflows while validating outputs against authoritative sources.
