Security Associate (Part-time)

Conduct excellent guest service by providing direction or offering assistance in a proactive manner; tactfully advise guests of property policies, safety infractions and code of conduct matters

Conduct thorough patrols and provide presence by bicycle, on foot, or occasionally by golf cart

Complete regular security checks of doors, windows, gates, mechanical rooms, fire exits as requested by the client or to guard against trespassers or unauthorized entry

Establish relationships with external resources (police, fire department or EMS). Act as primary point of contact and assist upon arrival to property

Attention to detail and accuracy of incident documentation and report writing

Daily maintenance and safety checks of company issued equipment (bike, golf cart, phone, radio). Accountable for reporting identified issues or deficiencies in equipment

Attendance and completion of all training modules

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain State of Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Officer certification

PT associates will primarily need to be available to work all shifts.

Number of hours worked per week on average

PT associate avg 24 hours a week minimum

Carts available for patrol triggered by weather conditions.
