About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define and govern enterprise, solution, and domain architecture strategies
- Own architectural principles, standards, and reference architectures
- Lead and mentor solution and enterprise architects across teams
- Review and approve major system designs, integrations, and technology selections
- Balance scalability, security, performance, cost, and delivery speed in architecture decisions
- Partner with engineering, security, product, and infrastructure leaders to align execution with architecture
- Drive modernization initiatives (cloud adoption, legacy transformation, platform consolidation)
- Identify and manage architectural risk, technical debt, and long term sustainability
- Translate business strategy into clear, actionable technical roadmaps
- Present architecture decisions and tradeoffs to senior leadership and executives
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years in software, systems, or infrastructure architecture
- 3+ years leading architects or senior technical leaders
- Proven experience designing and governing large scale, distributed systems
- Strong background in cloud, on prem, or hybrid architectures
- Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data architectures, and platform design
- Strong executive communication skills

Qualifications
- 10+ years in software, systems, or infrastructure architecture
- 3+ years leading architects or senior technical leaders
- Data security architecture, or Application security architecture; Architectural design and implementation.
- Proven experience designing and governing large scale, distributed systems
- Strong background in cloud, on prem, or hybrid architectures
- Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data architectures, and platform design
- Ability to make hard tradeoffs and defend decisions with facts, not opinions
- Strong executive communication skills: clear, concise, and credible
