Security Agent

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• · High school diploma or equivalent required.
• · Minimum of two years of successful, relevant security, military, law-enforcement, protective-services, or comparable experience preferred; equivalent experience may be considered based on business needs.
• · Ability to obtain and maintain all licenses, registrations, certifications, and training required for assigned armed-security duties.
• · Working knowledge of computers and the ability to learn access-control, video-surveillance, reporting, and other security software systems.
• · Experience using security equipment, CCTV, access-control, or surveillance systems preferred.
• · First Aid and CPR/BLS certification preferred. Law-enforcement or military experience is preferred but not required.

• The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• · Hear, understand, and distinguish speech, alarms, and other relevant sounds; maintain sufficient visual acuity to observe surroundings and distinguish colors.
• · Remain in a stationary position for extended periods and regularly move throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and exterior areas.
• · Occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• · Work in office and manufacturing environments that may include warm or cold temperatures, loud noise, vehicle traffic, and outdoor weather conditions.
• · Travel between Quanta Nashville facilities within approximately a 10-mile radius as operationally required.
