PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To assist Engineering with troubleshooting day to day production floor issues , provide PE support to Ops Team, follow up on NPI builds and activity, updating and creating assembly SOPs & Visual Aids , Operations Training, Reworks for CCBU.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and Update assembly SOPs for CCBU.
Assist with NPI builds and help lead activity on production floor to meet shipment s .
Assist engineering with special process improvement projects .
Assist in the implementat ion of ECN’s and reworks needed for production .
Provide Training to Operations regarding new products and processes .
Take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; able to reason, even when dealing with emotional topics
Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement process improvement projects.
Collect, maintain and analyze data and metric s to improve TAT and FPY .
Assist with resolving Engineering Holds in a timely manner
Support Ops Team on day to day system issues.
Assist engineering in the system maintenance and product setup.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree in mechanical , manufacturing or industrial engineering or equivalent preferred .
Two (2) years of manufacturing experience preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
PC skills including Windows , MS Work, MS Excel, MS access or related software.
Creative problem-solving ability and strong communication skills.
M ust be a team player that can work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Ability to function and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong sense of process, detail and follow through
Strong set of problem solving and analytical skills;
Ability to multi-task across problem domains and various contexts
Ability to work independently and with a team
Verbal and Written communication skills
