Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.
  • The ideal candidate will greet guests, handle incoming calls, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support across the organization.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor logs)
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning
  • Support other administrative staff as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher is a plus)
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Customer service attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with office equipment
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling software or CRM systems
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Pay

  • AED 1,707.51 AED 4,000.00 per month
