About the Role

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., visitor logs)
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning
- Support other administrative staff as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher is a plus)
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Customer service attitude
- Experience with office equipment (Preferred)
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling software or CRM systems (Preferred)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
