- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Prepare letters (correspondence, submittal and covering letters) and minutes of meetings.
- Filing and archiving documents (document control).
- Answer (screening) phone calls, receiving visitors, schedule meetings, send invoices, and follow up payments with clients.
- Assist the Admin and Accounts department.
- Organize and arrange papers in the manager's office.
- Basic office accounts.
Requirements
- 1 year of secretary and receptionist experience (Required)
- Tagalog fluency (Required)
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer operations including MS Office (Word, Excel) is a must
- Can join immediately
- Must be smart and flexible, with ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively and politely with staff, clients and visitors
