Secretary / Executive Assistant to Chairman

  • Location: Dubai Investment Park 1
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary & Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in daily activities and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and daily schedules
  • Handle calls, emails, and basic correspondence
  • Assist with meeting preparation and follow ups
  • Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure completion
  • Arrange travel, bookings
  • Support events, meetings, and office coordination
  • Maintain organized files and handle confidential information

Requirements

  • 2–3 years experience in admin / secretary / assistant role
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic to intermediate MS Office skills
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible with working hours when required
