- Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit out projects
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate communication between project teams, site staff, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Follow up on project progress and highlight delays or potential issues
- Prepare project meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates
- Maintain records of drawings, approvals, material submissions, and project correspondence
- Coordinate with procurement teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedules
- Assist in monitoring project milestones and deadlines
- Support site teams with required documentation and approvals
- Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors regarding project requirements
- Organize project files and ensure proper documentation control
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination
- UAE experience in interior fit out, construction, or MEP projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of project documentation and coordination procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project management teams in the successful execution of interior fit out projects.
Key Responsibilities
