Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office and administrative tasks.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documents required.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Handle document filing, and follow ups.
  • Assist management with administrative support.
  • Monitor office supplies and request replenishment when needed.
  • Ensure proper communication and smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or related role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good typing and document preparation skills.
  • Professional, responsible, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • UAE experience is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma is an advantage.
