Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Follow up quotations, inquiries, and pending payments
- Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams regarding client requirements
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls and client status
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and service agreements
- Monitor project or service status and update clients accordingly
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or operations
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Organized, detail oriented, and customer focused
- Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage

Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Organized, detail oriented, and customer focused.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
