Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Follow up quotations, inquiries, and pending payments when required.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams regarding client requirements.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls and client status.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings with clients.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and service agreements.
  • Monitor project or service status and update clients accordingly.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or operations.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and customer focused.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
