Job Overview

  • We are seeking a motivated and organized Secretary cum Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Fire & Safety industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Graduate)
  • Minimum 2 years of Dubai/UAE experience
  • Fire & Safety industry experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Well organized, responsible, and able to multitask

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office administration and secretarial duties
  • Prepare quotations and sales documents
  • Coordinate with customers and the sales team
  • Follow up on inquiries and orders
  • Maintain records and support daily office operations
