Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Secretary to handle client communication, prepare estimates, follow up on proposals, and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients (email, calls, WhatsApp)
- Prepare and send quotations / proposals
- Follow up on proposals until closure
- Manage emails, schedules, and office coordination
- Maintain client records and documentation
- Coordinate with team on tasks and updates
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in admin / secretary role
- Strong English communication (written & spoken)
- Good organization and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary
AED 3,000 – 4,000 (based on experience)
