- Lead audit engagements and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Supervise accounting assignments and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance engagements
- Prepare and review technical reports, advisory memoranda, and management recommendations
- Coordinate with clients, external auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal teams
- Supervise and support junior team members while maintaining high quality deliverables
- Identify risks, recommend practical solutions, and contribute to improving client processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or advisory services
- Strong understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Professional presence with confidence to represent the firm in client meetings
- Well organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- ACCA, CPA, ACA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage

Overview
- Tawazun Consulting is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Audit & Compliance Supervisor to join our team in the UAE.
- This role offers significant exposure to audit, accounting, taxation, compliance, and advisory assignments across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Supervise accounting assignments and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance engagements.
- Prepare and review technical reports, advisory memoranda, and management recommendations.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or advisory services.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Professional presence with the confidence to represent the firm in client meetings.
- Well organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
