- Support brokers in negotiations and closing high value deals
- Ensure proper follow ups, reporting, CRM visibility, and KPI tracking across the sales department
- Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends
- Maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and repeat clients
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations (RERA guidelines)
Requirements
- 3 5 years experience in UAE real estate, with a focus on secondary market
- Leadership or team handling experience is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Solid understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid UAE driving license required

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Secondary Sales Manager to lead our secondary property sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing and mentoring a team of brokers, and ensuring consistent deal closures while achieving company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of secondary market brokers.
