- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow ups on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and business activities
- Track deadlines, schedules, and important tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, preferably at CEO level
- Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage both corporate and personal responsibilities efficiently
- Presentable, professional, and capable of working independently

- We are looking for a professional and organized Personal Assistant to the CEO, providing direct administrative and executive support.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the CEO's daily operations run efficiently.
