Real Estate Sales Manager responsible for leading a sales team, driving property sales, and achieving sales targets in a competitive real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate real estate agents.
- Develop sales plans to generate leads and maximize property sales.
- Build relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Provide sales-team training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor market trends, property values, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams on promotional materials.
- Oversee property-sale negotiations and deal closings.
- Analyze market data, competitors, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar real estate leader.
- Strong record of achieving sales targets and driving real estate sales growth.
- Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate trends, property values, and legal regulations.
- Ability to coach and develop real estate agents.
- Familiarity with CRM software and real estate sales tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
