Support daily real estate operations through administration, basic accounting, property listings, DLD procedures, and CRM management.
The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and is offered as full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team and management.
- Process invoices, receipts, payment records, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate property listings, including photos, prices, and availability.
- Maintain client, property, and transaction records in the CRM.
- Assist with DLD procedures, sales and tenancy documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with agents, clients, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with reports, filing, data entry, and general office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrator or in a similar Dubai real estate role.
- Immediate joiner availability.
- Experience handling basic accounting or accounts.
- Good knowledge of DLD procedures, property listings, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with sales and tenancy documentation is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
