Requirements
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations is highly desirable
- Fluency in English is required
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working on a commission based role with no monthly salary
- Own UAE Residency or under family sponsored UAE Residency
- Real Estate experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driving License (Preferred)

Role Description
- The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting real estate properties within the secondary market.
- You will develop and maintain client relationships, provide outstanding customer service, conduct property viewings, stay updated on market trends, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- In addition, you will manage negotiations and deal closures to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations is highly desirable
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
