Role Overview

  • GI Properties is seeking a motivated and results driven Secondary Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • This role is ideal for an experienced Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant with a strong understanding of Dubai's secondary real estate market.
  • You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct property viewings, build strong client relationships, negotiate deals, and deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties within Dubai's secondary market.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional market insights and property recommendations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from client consultation to successful deal closure.
  • Negotiate offers and agreements to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE real estate laws and company policies.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through outstanding customer service and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent/Property Consultant within Dubai's secondary market.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate industry and secondary market dynamics.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Valid UAE Real Estate License.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and property management skills.
