Role Overview

  • We are looking for a driven and results oriented Secondary Market Agent to join Tanami Properties.
  • You will focus on the resale of residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through smooth transactions, and connecting buyers with the best investment opportunities in Dubai’s secondary market.

Responsibilities

  • Handle resale listings, including Residential, plots, villas & townhouses across Dubai.
  • Prospect, source, and secure new resale listings and property owners.
  • Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies for resale properties.
  • Build strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, communities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage CRM entries, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on all leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales manager and team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold high quality service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record in closing resale deals.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai.
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.

  • Mandatory: English
  • Preferred: Arabic, Turkish, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, French, Chinese, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian
