SEC Fin Reporting & Tech Accounting Manager

• BS Accounting/Finance
• Certifications/Licenses: CPA - active license holder.
• CPA - active license holder.
• Experience: 8-10 years of previous Public Accounting experience or equivalent industry experience with at least 2 years experience managing a team. Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Previous experience in preparing quarterly/annual SEC filings. Familiarity with a financial system is a strong plus (Hyperion, HFM, SAP.) Knowledge of International Financial & Reporting Standards (IFRS).
