Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections
- Passion for service and drive to achieve personal and team sales goals
- Willingness to support operational tasks
- Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including peak days
- Ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs

What You'll Do
- Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer.
- Drive personal sales and results and contribute to team goals.
- Create lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and service driven store culture.
- Execute assigned responsibilities as part of daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization and cleanliness.
- Demonstrate knowledge of store operations and policies.
You Are / You Have

- 18 years of age or older.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.

- Willingness to support operational tasks.
- Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, either 3 Peak Days or 2 Peak Days + 2 Non Peak Days.
- Ability to stand/walk entire shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and frequently bend, reach, stretch, and use ladders.
Pay Range
- $18.42 per hour.
- Base pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location.
- May be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and comprehensive benefits package.
