(SDR) Sales Development Representative

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to understand and communicate ideas well

Attention to detail

Excellent attendance record

Technically inclined and computer savvy and ability to learn quickly

Self-motivated and high energy

Team player

Personable enough to build rapport with prospective clients during the first phone call so that even if a prospective client is not interested he/she will still accept follow-up calls in the future

Ability to get through the “Gate-Keeper” and reach C-level Executives

A “never-give-up” attitude and an ability to identify and develop new sales openings as well as provide meaningful and timely follow up

OTE: Hourly Base plus commissions - $60,000
